Pet Friendly 3BR/2BA home offers a prime location across the street from direct beach access. The large open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and hanging out with the whole family.
(WE DO NOT HAVE A WEIGHT/BREED LIMIT ON DOGS... THEY ARE ALL WELCOME!)

LIVING AREAS
Unwind in the living room on the sectional sofa & oversized chair with seating for eight. Watch a movie on the 40” flat screen TV with HD Cable or simply enjoy some quality time with your family. The oversized chair in the living room also folds out into a sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the kitchen provides a double sink, all new appliances, and an eat-in kitchen that seats 6.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the spacious upstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage for all your vacation essentials. The master suite also offers its own private deck with bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up. Downstairs, the second bedroom also provides a king bed and 32” flat screen TV, while the third bedroom offers two full size beds and a 32” TV.

This home includes two full sized bathrooms with oversized showers with excellent water pressure.

OUTDOOR AREAS
A brand new deck is waiting for you to take in the ocean views and enjoy the sound of the surf. Grill dinner on the charcoal grill on the ground floor with outdoor furniture seating for 6. The ground floor also has a fully enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and sun. A fish cleaning station with sink is also offered for your use. Lastly the storage shed complete with beach cart is perfect for all of your chairs and umbrella storage.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and paved driveway parking for 4 vehicles. This home allows two dogs. Contact me to discuss any special pet requests. *Please remember our four legged friends must be crated if ever left in the home alone.*

THE LOCATION
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

The Sassy Bass Market Place has a large variety of grocery options & drinks just a few minutes down the road.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

Peaceful, relaxing vacation

Flip flop Inn was wonderful. It had everything my husband and I needed and just a skip to the beach. The owners were very helpful with any questions or concerns and promptly returned texts. Highly recommend staying at FlipFlop Inn. We will be back.

Felt like home

We were first drawn to the Flip Flop Inn because of the pet friendly beach. Reason #2 was its nearness to the beach. We could easily watch dolphins pass by right from the house! The house was very comfy and furnished nicely, and we had great interaction with the owners. They responded quickly, and promptly addressed any question we had. The area was pleasantly quiet and not busy, but it is a ways from town so be prepared for that, unless you don't mind driving in to town often. We relaxed in comfort as if we were at home, and greatly enjoyed southern living.

Another Day in Paradise

Property was very nice and a great place to at the beach, even though it’s not on the beach it’s close enough for the price. The property is on a corner lot with easy access to the beach or to town you will not be sorry to rent this one!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop Inn. The location was great just right next to the beach access. The views from both decks and even just sitting inside the livingroom are amazing! Thanks for letting us (me and my dog Vladimer) enjoy your beach house. Loved the large sectional and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Views from the balconies were outstanding (especially the sunsets). Short walk to the beach and outstanding location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!!!

The FlipFlop is perfect. Awesome view of the ocean, especially from the upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Had all of the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need and plenty of beach gear including a great beach cart to carry all your beach supplies to the beach which is only steps away. The house is pet friendly so we were able to have our fur babies. Tacky Jacks restaurant is about a mile down the road and the Mobile Ferry is down a little further. If your looking for a great place to relax with family and friends with great views of the water then the FlipFlop is the place.

Perfect Beach View

We really enjoyed staying here. The house met all of our families needs. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings listening to the ocean. It was so convenient how close it was to the beach. Great place!!!!!!

Great spot for a family get-together

My husband and I reserved the Flip Flop Inn in hopes all three of our college kids would be able to come. For about 5 days, we had all of us under one roof! Memories were made, jet skis were enjoyed, and sunset walks were taken by all. We were especially thankful to be able to bring our dog with us. Turns out Zuko is a salty dog who loved getting in the water on his walks. Oh, and the large chair was my favorite nap spot in the heat of the day after watching the sunrise. All in all, a fantastic couple of weeks!

Fantastic first family beach vacation!

Our stay at this VRBO property was amazing. The house was clean and just a short walk to the beach. The owners were more than accommodating, as they worked with us on an earlier arrival time, provided information on 4th of July fireworks plans and answered any random questions we came up with for our trip. The overall experience was exceptional and could not be beat!!!!

From the moment we booked Flip Flop Inn, the owners were so very kind. The pictures are exactly what the beach house looks like. Short walk to the beach and the beach buggy was a plus. The hospitality of owners were much more than we could have asked for. They welcomed us with a goody bag and the most delicious bakery bought desserts. Fort Morgan Getaway

Fort Morgan might be our new favorite beach. So quiet! Dog friendly. Residential feel. We fell in love instantly. Flip Flop Inn is super cute, practically on the beach, and offers a ton of outdoor living space. We won’t hesitate to book again. :)

Spring Break Getaway
