The property location was great! Direct access to the beach was definitely a plus. Both pool and hot tub were clean even though I didn’t get to use them. The bed was comfortable and the balcony faced the beach which was great for sitting and reading/meditating/relaxing. While the kitchen has been updated, the space would be much more delightful with updated furniture. Overall we enjoyed

No closet for hanging clothes except for in the utility closet. Had to live out of suitcases as there were no dressers. Shower had no water pressure so it took a while to get a shower. Took our shoes off when we got in our room and our socks actually got filthy so the floors were not mopped after last people. Would not use again.

We really liked the room on the second floor. I get motion sick and climbing one story was not bad but had to be on medecine because they only had one on the 10th floor that locked. The dishes had left over food in them as we went to use them. The girl at the front desk sent a guy to fix the lock who was rude and cursed at me because i didnt want to watch him spray wd40 on the stuck lock . It was to late. I lost time with my special needs aunt and my dear friend whos just getting over cancer. Those nights we cannot get back. I understand it was labor day .but thats why ppl are on call. I will NEVER USE THESE PHOENIX AGAIN

The suite we had was very basic. Not a single rug anywhere to wipe feet. Very little cooking necessities in the kitchen, so of you plan to cook, bring your own supplies. The view was nice.

Location great. Condo comfortable but woefully inadequately stocked of essentials. I understand "starter" supplies but NO dishwashing detergent, kitchen hand soap, coffee filters, shampoo, or conditioner. Beach towels for a unit on the beach would be nice. Plastic ware ( glasses/ plates) for use at the pool would be helpful. Construction in the unit next door at 8 am was unwelcome. For the price, I expect better.

Mostly great stay

We loved the kitchen, all the space, the wonderful view from the balcony, nice shower pressure, and how close it was to the beach. It's definitely getting run down with chunks of tile broken off the bathroom wall and a big chipped spot in the tub. The sofa bed also was uncomfortable and very loud when our son rolled over anytime, which kept others awake. Overall a decent stay and I'd stay again.

The location is directly on the beach with balconies that have a gorgeous view. There are some fantastic restaurants in the area. The elevator situation is not great. One on each side, totalling 2, and about 15 floors. The wait when we first got there was atrocious. The pool is perfect. The beach access is nice. I do wish the umbrella and loungers were included with the price since it is listed as an amenity. There is a full kitchen in each condo and a full fridge, which can be a major money saver. I will use this property again. It could use some upgrades but overall, was nice.
