Former salt worker's house, fully renovated in 2021 (adjoining the owners' house), located in the charming village of Saillé, in the heart of the salt marshes, 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande, La Baule, and Le Pouliguen.
70 mÂČ southwest-facing terrace and enclosed garden. Private parking on the property, with parking available in front of the cottage.
Ground floor: Beautiful fitted kitchen opening onto a cozy living/dining room, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room (walk-in shower), and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a private shower room/toilet (1: queen-size bed, 2: two twin beds (80x190 cm).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, coffee pod machine, baby bed/high chair.
Additional amenities: Electric car charging station (paid service: €0.25/kWh).

Séjour idéal dans le gßte de Marie. Le logement est rénové avec beaucoup de goût tout en gardant son charme d'origine. Marie et son époux sont des gens accueillants, discrets mais présents si besoin. Magnifique sĂ©jour dans cette ancienne maison du 18Ăšme, idĂ©alement situĂ©e au calme, proche de tous les lieux de visite. Les propriĂ©taires sont sur place pour l'accueil, ce qui nous change des codes et boĂźtes Ă  clef. Tout a Ă©tĂ© bien pensĂ© pour le confort et le bien-ĂȘtre des hĂŽtes. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e...merci pour les cadeaux apprĂ©ciĂ©s par petits et grands. Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© la qualitĂ© des salles de bains attenantes aux chambres.
