Si l’accueil et la flexibilité de la propriétaire sont en adéquation avec la majorité de ce type de location, des informations non négligeables sont absentent de l’annonce et méritent d’être connues. Les propriétaires y habitent. Devant notre étonnement il nous a été répondu qu’au vu de la taille du manoir, nous aurions pu nous en douter !La cour intérieure, fragile, n’est pas autorisée pour les jeux d’extérieur mais lieu de passage et d’accès aux diverses habitations. Cette cour était pour nous un atout pour y laisser nos 4 petits enfants âgés de 2 à 9 ans sous surveillance depuis l’intérieur.Seuls le jardin privatif (accessible par un escalier en pierre depuis le salon) et les 5 hectares du domaine sont destinés aux locataires. Si ces informations avaient été précisées dans l’annonce, nous aurions orienté nos recherches vers un autre domaine.L’objet de ce post est avant tout de laisser par écrit ce que nous avons exprimé oralement à la propriétaire, assez peu disposée à entendre nos remarques.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la ferme du Manoir de Kercassier. Nous avions un enfant et deux bébés et tout est adapté pour eux ! C'est très calme et en même temps proche des commodités. Une voie verte est accessible facilement.Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous ont même aidés lors d'une panne de voiture !Merci beaucoup pour leur accueil !
