The man running the place was alone but was very polite and friendly. The hotel appeared to be secure. It was immaculately clean. There was a general absence of decor but the cleanliness made up for that. I asked for a 6 a.m. wake-up call and did not get it. I had to leave for business at 7:30 a.m., so no continental breakfast for me. Off on a full day of business with no coffee or anything. There was no cup in the room or drinkable water. For someone who takes medication this was unacceptable. I couldn't find any assistance in the morning. After knocking loudly on a locked interior door, the man emerged and got me a half of a small glass of water to take my medications. While he was calling me a taxi I just went to the kitchen and got enough water myself. If you need a cheap place to stay with absolutely nothing else, it is clean and fine. Bring your own water, phone, alarm clock, and expect nothing.
