`The Poppy Patch` is located less than a mile to High Point University! It is centrally located to High Point Hospital, High Point Furniture Market, Rockers, Carolina Core, and the Children`s Museum!

We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Next door is a short term rental that we manage as well. If you are interested in reserving both, please let us know and we can check availability for you.

2 bedrooms and 1 bath on our first floor. Primary bedroom and bathroom located upstairs.

Home was clean and mostly pet friendly. The back yard was a little challenging with pets as my dogs wanted to constantly walk through all the plants instead of staying in the grass path. I would suggest adding a TV in the other bedroom to be more family friendly. Personally, the bed in the room with the TV was not as comfortable for me. I move around alot and with the foam mattress topper, I felt like I sank into one spot on the bed and was confined in that spot. Other than those, it was a nice stay.

House is great location for visiting your HPU student, right across street from campus it does not get any better than that. Host very attentive and responsive to your needs.
