"My family and I were disappointed in our stay at The Fontana. Water took forever to get hot at night. Trash cans in the lobby were full. House keeping did not come during our stay and a floating shelf in our room was poorly installed (not directly attached to the wall) and fell off the wall. We did not attend breakfast so I cannot not rate the breakfast. Overall, would not stay here again or recommend."
