Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival but the city tax was twice the level that had been quoted by Expedia. We also had issues with staff questioning whether we had booked for breakfast which we had paid extra for. This might be an Expedia issue but I felt the staff could have dealt with matters in a more friendly and less hostile way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at the Radisson Hotel Graz, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the incredibly friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and the kitchen staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that every guest had a wonderful start to their day. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish served. Overall, the Radisson Hotel Graz exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Graz.
