Located on the shores of Lake Como and just a few steps from the historic center of Gravedona, the RIFLESSI SUL LAGO apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the lake, its elegant historic villas, and the panoramic mountain trails.

Upon entering, a spacious corridor offers a preview of the stunning lake view, leading to the various rooms of the apartment. The living room, furnished with dark wood shelves, a bookshelf, and a sofa, is a cozy corner perfect for relaxation.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped for all your needs. At the center, the large wooden table is ideal for sharing meals or moments of conviviality, accompanied by two comfortable floral armchairs. A separate dining room adds a touch of elegance to the apartment, with antique inlaid furniture and a beautiful natural light filtering through the windows.

From the numerous windows, you can enjoy enchanting views of Lake Como, which, with its reflections and changing colors, offers unique emotions at any time of the day. But what truly makes this place special are the details that tell its story: the coffered ceiling, with its timeless elegance, the checkerboard tile floor that gives the spaces a unique character, and the period doors, enhanced by their original moldings.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a room with two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a washing machine.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking space in the condominium area (Dimensions: 2.5m x 5m).

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

How to get there:

By car: From the Italian A9 motorway, take the "Lago di Como" exit and continue along the lake on the SS340 Regina until you reach Gravedona. Set the GPS, and in about 2 minutes, you will reach the property. Arriving from Switzerland, take the "Lugano Nord" exit from the A2 motorway, cross the city, and continue on the Strada di Gandria until reaching the Italian border. Continue to Menaggio, then stay on the SS340 Regina until reaching Gravedona. Set the GPS, and in about 2 minutes, you will reach the property.

By train: From Como Lago bus station, take bus C10 and get off at "Menaggio Piazza Roma" (about 1 hour, 61 stops). From there, board bus C10 Nobiallo and get off at "Gravedona S. Rocco," about 100 meters from the apartment.
