New staff, However I must say sitting around with a 4 year old trying to get into a room is no fun. Manager was very good handled it. No one else staying at hotel then we had someone check in during middle of the night and they put them in the room directly above us. Tweaking out all night. Up at 0300 blaring music and running their vehicle in front of the room for about an hour. Long story short waited to get a room for about an hour and half. Didn’t sleep a minute. I mean come on, the whole hotel is open. Why put them in a room directly above us in the middle of the night when every room is open. Usually love this hotel but that night felt like the “new girl” was out to sabotage me and my little boy. Won’t stay here again.
