While making conversation with the front desk clerk I mentioned that while I grew up in Idaho I now live in Vermont. When the clerk allowed they didn't know where Vermont is, I explained that it's on the East Coast, in New England. Imagine my dismay when the clerk told me they thought my home is "chaotic and violent." Do better Idaho.
