Room was clean, breakfast was just average, not a big fan of powdered eggs....put enough Tabasco on them and they're almost palatable. Shower could use a bit more volume.

Staff was great, the breakfast and bed good. There waa a lot of light coming through our window with no blackout curtain. Then it was raining pretty hard throughout the night. You could hear it outside our door. Then in the morning I saw why. Might want to look at a water catch system for it. Still a nice place to stay.;

One of the amazing places my family stayed on our 38 day road trip! The owners were phenomenal. They accommodated our late arrival and made a fabulous hot breakfast. The other reviews of the breakfast were correct - it is amazing! I had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice and a muffin. Another guest made waffles. The flavor of the day was red velvet. The owner told my family about a cool overlook, a hot spring and a cool wooden bridge along 12! We visited all three locations. The overlook gave a great view of town and the whole area. I got to interact with a few ravens and song birds on the mountain. The hot spring hike was a nice break out of the car. The spring was very warm and felt good on my achy joints. The hike was about a mile round trip. I would recommend some good anti slip full coverage shoes for the hot springs as it is a little slippery. Wear hiking boots for the hike as some parts of the trail can be slippery and steep. The wooden bridges along 12 were neat to stop at and walk across the river. It was a beautiful day to image the fall colors, river and bridges. My family and I highly recommend staying at Clearwater 12!

My schedule did not afford me the opportunity to have their breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Temperature control was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Not a deterrent I don't think; however, the TV is a bit small for the distance between the bed and the screen. Pretty large room. Other than that, I was pleased and will likely return again when I'm in Kamiah.

Very nice. Our night stand had previously used coasters on it though and had not been cleaned. Kind of made me wonder about the rest of the cleanliness. All in all a very pleasant experience though.
