One bedroom Marina View Condo

Welcome to Green Turtle Bay and Condo 101, “The Lady A”. See all the area has to offer and relax in this
newly updated one bedroom unit with an electric fireplace and balcony off the living room and
bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the boats and water way of life. The condo has been
freshly painted in the spring of 2023. All new furnishings and appliances including the outdoor gas grill
in 2023 have updated this property. New king size mattress in the bedroom and a pullout sofa bed
couch with an upgraded memory foam mattress on the couch are a plus. Washer and dryer replaced in
2023 also. Swivel recliner in the bedroom and the new swivel rocker patio furniture in 2024. This unit is dog friendly up to 40 lbs.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
