This fully furnished unit, situated adjacent to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, is an excellent option for family rentals and is also pet-friendly. It provides the advantage of ski-in/ski-out access and includes two bedrooms along with a loft and two bathrooms, located within Building 1 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby.
This condominium, positioned on the third floor, showcases a modern color scheme and luxury vinyl plank flooring that enhances the open floor plan. This layout harmonizes with the contemporary furnishings and offers generous space for a pleasurable vacation experience. The breakfast bar, accommodating four guests, is conveniently placed next to the living area, while the fully renovated kitchen features modern cabinetry, new appliances, and a spacious quartz island, all designed to integrate seamlessly with the main living area.
The main living area is equipped with comfortable seating, fostering a welcoming environment for relaxation after a day filled with adventure and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace or watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV; the living room also provides easy access to the private patio. Please be aware that air conditioning is not provided.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for guests, featuring one queen-sized bed and is conveniently situated in the main hallway for easy access to the living area and the shared second bathroom.
The upper-level loft, which is open to the lower-level living room, serves as a fantastic space for children, furnished with a bunk bed accessible via the spiral staircase, offering views of the mountains and a small workspace.

Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

We've stayed a bunch of different condos in Granby and Winger Park. This is one of the best. We love snowboarding at Granby Ranch and this nit was perfect. We were able to walk to the lift, come back for lunch, and then back to snowboarding. The unit was very nicely decorated with everything we could want. We didn't bring our dog but the unit had everything a pet owner would need, including a kennel set-up in the bedroom. We loved the unit.

Well at first my friends believed it to be deserted as did i with the outside looking horrendous and talked with one of the painters who innformed me that these properties were getting paint but i was told these properties were new,was upset and angry but once we looked inside i was jaw dropped at how beautiful it turned out and we ended staying another night

Pictures online make unit look larger than it is. Very deceiving when you’re trying to plan for a family trip. Kitchen very small, dining table not really big enough for 6 people to sit comfortably. Closets, bathroom vanities were stuffed with owner’s belongings. Made it hard for me to find room for my stuff! Beds were comfortable and kids had a great time in the loft. Would be nice if there was a remote controlled window shade for upper window. Lighting over dinner table would be nice.

Our stay was lovely. It was a short drive to the lake and to paddle boarding. There were nice paths for walking our dog, and our teens enjoyed the wifi and the board games.
