We loved our stay. The apartment was amazing, so clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Luis was so friendly and helpful, he recommended lots of great restaurants. We would definitely stay again if we come back Granada. Highly recommend!

My adult son and I had a wonderful 2 night stay visiting the Alhambra and the Cathedral. The apartments are quiet and very secure access to the building. There were great cafes in the square just across the street. The communication was very good and clear.

Excellent Hotel in a Great Location in Granada!

Our stay at Mosaiko Homes Catedral Granada was fantastic, and we'll definitely be staying there again the next time we are in town! Initially, I wasn't quite sure about the property having a "virtual front desk" (VFD), but turns out this made things MUCH easier when there was a massive power outage covering all of Spain, Portugal, and part of France the day before we were sett arrive. Set to arrive via Train from Madrid, we hurriedly had to figure out if we could keep our rental car for several extra days and drive down - and figure out if the roads would even be open. Luis at the VFD was really responsive throughout the entire saga, and even arranged parking for us in advance at a local garage nearby at a competitive rate. Checking in with the digital key (with an option to use the code) via WhatsApp was really easy, and my wife had the code memorized by Day 2 of our trip so didn't even have to break out the phones! The room was larger than we expected, and very nicely appointed! Bed was comfortable, blackout shades were nice given our location in the city center, and the kitchen was very nice and a had everything we needed (and then some) despite what might appear to be a small size. Free onsite laundry (including detergent) was a nice bonus, and both the washer and drier worked great. Despite being in the center of the action(multiple tapas bars downstairs), the room was quiet and we both slept very well. Overall, GREAT hotel in a perfect location to explore Granada!

An absolute gem and the highlight of our trip to Spain! The location is impeccable, a stone's throw from all the old town culture of Granada you can imagine, and a short walk from Albacain and the Alhambra. The facility itself is impeccably clean, comfortable and artfully decorated. It felt "old world" spain, but updated to modern comforts. The staff is the friendliest of the friendliest. There is a mercado within steps of the location if you feel like staying in and cooking you can do that too... and sooo many restaurants in walking distance. The shower / bathroom were top notch. We met the owner who was extremely accomodating and the rest of the staff were attentive to our needs. We would 1000% stay here again, and, in fact, we intend to on our next trip to Spain. If you have the option to stay here, you should!

Loads of character and charm

Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!

Awesome host and property! Great location too. Free laundry included (in building) was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again. There were two small negative points, but they don't change my recommendation: - Check-in time is 4PM, which is later than most hotels. However, the host is awesome, just send a message and they will try to accommodate (they were able to for us) - The tiles do look a bit dated inside our room (scratches, etc). This was purely cosmetic and didn't affect us at all.

Luis siempre fue muy cordial, atento, eficiente y realmente se interesa por ayudar. Excelente trato de su parte. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, se puede llegar fácilmente a diversos lugares. Location is good, stone throw to Granada Cathedral and you can also walk up to Alhambra (Spanish Gate). Property is older and Room leaves to be desired. Bedroom is the best, king bed, very quiet == good sleep! Kitchen is quite bad, my unit didn't have small table (shown on photos) you can sit on, only hard bar stools. No convenient plug for computer that was close enough if you sit there. Some might enjoy very high ceiling with mosaic pattern on the floor. Check in is rather odd. Despite manned front end reception, they want you to use high-tech app; web version, probably standalone Android/iPhone app too, with sliders to open doors. (I worked 30 yrs in IT so I am not technically challenged, I just think it's unnecessarily over the top) There is also laundry, 1st floor only 1 unit but it works well. Overall it fits well with general Granada vibe, but won't be for everyone.

A gem of a place. Very very clean, spacious, plenty of windows throughout the place. It was very easy to communicate with staff and they would respond right away. The parking they recommended as they had a special rate ended up also having an electric charger for the car so that was very helpful in my particular situation. Would absolutely recommend this place. Easy check in (they contact you through WhatsApp and send you the code through there).
