You only need do a few things for excellent servic

room was fabulous. you missed the mark on simple things: 1. Should be 9 on phone for operator: USA we use 0 2. I asked for an individual bar of soap and was told none since Covid. what does Covid have to do with providing soap? 3. I asked for a wash cloth: not one in the hotel. 4. Took coffee from restaurant to room for breakfast. I received coffee first, then 5 minutes later came toast. I refused coffee and requested hot coffee.

Excellent hotel near the Alhambra

This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in.Reception staff went above and beyond to help out. They even provided a weighing scales for our luggage which was great as we were near the limit. The breakfast was excellent and the spa area superb. Just minutes walk from the Alhambra and also to the town centre. Couldn’t fault it

The very best hotel in Spain!

Incredible hotel in all aspects - great location, charming historical hotel yet modern comfortable rooms, amazing staff (all so friendly), excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and just perfect in every way!! We would recommend and will return. They also presented me with a breakfast birthday cake when none of my group said anything - just by noticing my date of birth during check in I suppose. Just brilliant!! Thank you!!

Exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this type: well appointed rooms, friendly staff, access to a good standard of food and drinks. Very similar to many of the hotel chains around the world. Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city. We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard.

This property is located next to the Alhambra. Also, it's a 10-minute walk down the hill to the shopping and dining areas. The hotel is in great condition, well decorated, and clean. Their staff is exceptional! I would like to mention the front desk employee, Karina, who was extremely helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport. I am an avid traveler and I mostly stay in Marriott and Hilton brands. I must say this property superseded my expectations, and I didn't regret that I didn't stay at a Hilton or Marriott. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Granada.
