Very happy with my stay! The property was clean, cozy, and accurate to the listing. Communicating with the host was convenient and they were incredibly welcoming and helpful during the entire stay. Looking forward to staying here the next time I’m in the area!

We did not stay

False advertising. The place is a mess and in disrepair. Stated for about one hour of originally planned one week stay. Tried for refund when we walked held. Held me accountable to cancelation policy. I held my end by arriving on time while planning to stay. They failed on there end. Save yourself a tremendous amount of aggravation and find another place to stay.

The home itself was very nice and located in a quiet, peaceful area, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe and calm, making it a pleasant place to stay. Inside, everything was comfortable, but I did notice that the exterior could use a little more attention. There were quite a few spider webs around the windows, and some bugs trapped inside the window panes, which took away from the overall appearance. With a bit more upkeep and cleaning on the outside, this place would easily be an excellent stay.

Still trying to get my full refund

We woke Easter morning to raw sewage coming out of toliet and shower. We spoke to the property manager and evacuated. It has been a nightmare getting our full refund!

Charming cottage across from the park

The property is charming and in a great location across from a large park. We were able to enjoy several nice walks with our dogs. The cottage was well appointed and comfortable.

We were really disappointed by the state of this rental. It had a damp, musty odor and everything looked really beaten up. There were huge stains on the living room rug, the floors were filthy, there were hairs on the shower walls, and all of the throw pillows blankets were really dirty. The pictures in the bathroom actually had green mold all over the frames. Both doors were unable to be opened and closed properly. I had to use my whole body to force my way into the house because the door was so tight in the door jam. We also realized that the front door (near the rocking chairs) wouldn’t latch so it was insecure the entire time we stayed there. We booked this property because the photos were so cute and reviews said it was clean. I had my 8.5 month old baby with me and didn’t feel comfortable putting her down anywhere. Thank God it was a safe area because the place was not locked due to the old doors. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.

Home away from home

Great location in quiet area with a park across the street with walking trail, playground and dog park! Clean, bright and comfy home with everything you need including washer and dryer! Would stay again and hope to!

Everything was wonderful!

My daughter and I had a wonderful girl's weekend trip at this cute and quaint property. Everything was clean and we loved the ambiance of the home! It was a nice and relaxing stay! The host was on top of everything too! We will be back! Susan and Bailey Joiner

Cute place

It was cute but first thing I see are spider webs on the front and side porch. The bedroom door did not shut but just assume it was because it was an older home. I also would have liked to have known the “house rules” before booking. It would have been nice to known that they didn’t want anyone eating or drinking in the living room. That’s where the TV was so would have been more relaxing than the kitchen.

Adorable stay

The stay was great, the home was nice too. The only downside was there was no back door to the fenced in backyard to let our dogs out. This could have been on my part not realizing it from the images. However, that small hiccup wouldn't deter us from staying here again. There's a great park across the street we didn't have time to use, but it looked lovely!
