Fantastic time

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally clean, and it was clear the owners take great pride in maintaining it. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had before and during our trip. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we truly had a blast. Made memories with family

We had an unforgettable stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The kids were completely entertained by all the games—so much so that the TV stayed off the whole trip. The layout of the home encourages everyone to stay connected and engaged, making it an ideal spot for meaningful family bonding. Our hostess went above and beyond with a thoughtful surprise that delighted both the kids and the adults. We’d come back in a heartbeat for peace, fun, and a chance to relax in the beauty of the woods.

Paradise in the woods

This property is really beautiful. The house was so nice and so comfortable . We came with a group of friends 8 of us total and it was big enough for a few more people . Everything you could possibly need was here . The host was amazing and answered any question I had, . I really wanna come back to this location again soon and bring my kids . The game room was really cool as well . 5 star for sure

Welcome home away from home

The house was so welcoming! It was spotless, inviting, and the little homey touches made it really stand out. The happy birthday decorations as we indicated celebrating a big birthday, the thoughtful bottle of wine and s’mores platter, the sheets already on the bed, nice towels in the closet, cleaning & toiletry supplies for use, etc., it felt very comforting & homey. Such thought was given to make our family including the dogs feel welcome. Detailed instructions on house, restaurants, food & activities greatly appreciated. The game room and jacuzzi were awesome!We only wish we could have stayed longer & all of us agree we would love to return!! Excellent homeowners!!!

Great for Everyone

This is the third year me and my family have done this trip and this house was the nicest yet. It was very clean and the hosts were amazing. They thought of every detail down to the menus of local restaurants nearby. The kids really yenjoyed the game room. 10/10 great experience.

We had an exceptional stay at Joanna’s beautiful home! Everything was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. Joanna was a fantastic host, very responsive, attentive, and accommodating. She even offered both early check-in and late checkout, which is rare and much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Property, Amazing Host.

What an amazing Vacation at this location, The House was beautiful, well situated in a Tranquil location and as peaceful as we could have wished for. The home was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, even had a great welcome package and coffee set up that was perfect for all ages of the family. The Hot tub setting was gorgeous and super clean, game room had everything we needed for a great time. The most important aspect was how well it was suited for my wife who requires a wheelchair. She was able to access the flat outside grounds and with portable ramps was able to get into the house very easily. The kitchen had all the necessary components to prepare meals and the grill was perfect. Joanna the Host was outstanding, she was great with communication and replied immediately when contacted, she even had some wonderful suggestions for places to visit. By far the most well kept house, you can see the pride they take in this location, and the most hospitable host we've had out of any of our vacations. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to visit and can't wait to return, a lot of property owners could learn a thing or two from Joanna and her husband on how to take care of vacationers. Thank You Joanna we will definitely be back.

Exactly as described- Wonderful

Great home to house our family and extended family; beautiful well stocked home in a great location! Deer with your morning coffee on a quiet street with great neighborhood amenities. We can’t wait to return and Joanna is an amazing host; she knows all you’ll need AND she even left an extra special gift when we told her we were celebrating my mom’s birthday- highly recommend!

Lovely stay for a family

Clean and spacious. There is lots of wooded area between houses, so it's quite private. Quiet during the week, but seemed to get busier approaching the weekend. Hottub and firepit were made good use of! Kitchen is well equipped - appreciated all the extras (seasonings, welcome gifts). The grocery store is 20mins away. There's a State Park a couple of minutes down the road with swimming and ample picnic/grilling facilities (plus fishing and boating). The community facilities were very nice, but make sure you ask what's open when you buy passes. We had deer passing through every morning and evening.

Perfect Poconos Retreat

We don't have the opportunity to get away much and this was a perfect place to recharge,reconnect and refresh for a few days. Joanna (property manager) was extremely accommodating to our needs and super thoughtful (awesome goodies package for all - including fur babies). Her home was a welcoming abode; nice and tidy and equiped with activities for rain or shine events. Our goal was to enjoy family time and this space was perfect for that. We had intermittent rainy days and we were actually excited to stay in and enjoy the amenities of the house; from playing pool, soaking in the hot tub or catching up on Netflix ( huge tv in almost every room). House was nestled in a private setting and yet close enough for everyone's fancy ( hiking, big bass lake community association, outlet mall, candy shop). I strongly recommend booking this home with Joanna. I'd be eager to hear your favorite highlight!

Awesome place

Our family had a awesome stay at Joanna’s place. House was so beautiful and had so many amenities that we we’re able to enjoy. On top of that Joanna the host was extremely helpful and kind helping to make our stay even better.Joanne’s place was hands down one of the best places I have rented for a getaway. Joanne welcomed us with a beautiful package consisting of a bottle of wine and s’mores kit. House was super super clean will be back for sure!!!!!!!! I highly recommend any to stay at this house you will love it!!!!!!!
