Welcome to our property in Big Bass Lake, popular for amenities like lakes, playground, pools, recreation, and plenty more, this fully equipped property has plenty to offer for everyone in the family. Indoors, you can relax in the sunroom, watch your favorite tv shows/ movies in the living rooms, or have fun playing in the gaming area. Outdoors, you can enjoy a nice meal cooked on the grill, relax by the fire pit or on the hammocks, or play cornhole. And of course there’s plenty for the kids such as Nintendo switch in their bedroom, board games and Pac-Man in the play area, and a trampoline outdoors. Book now to start your wonderful getaway!

This property is part of an HOA that requires guest registration. Once a reservation is made, guests must complete the registration form within 24 hours to secure their stay. Failure to submit the form may result in the cancellation of the reservation. All guests 18 and older will be required to show photo ID at the time of gate entry upon check in.

Please note, in order to use the Big Bass Lake Community amenities, there is a fee per person per day. Children under 7 years of age are free with a paying adult. $8 per person per day weekdays, $10 per person per day on weekends. Passes can be purchased at the administrative office, clubhouse, or recreation center (weekly discounts available). Beaches are open at your own risk year round and the outdoor pool is open late June through Labor Day. The indoor pool and snow tubing/ sledding hill is open during the off season.

Property comes with anything needed for your stay (pillows, linens, throw blankets, iron, ironing board, playpen, booster seat, towels, washcloths, hygiene products, cookware, drinkware, kitchen appliances, cleaning products, laundry products, games, books, propane tank for grill, etc). If there is anything I didn’t cover, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. This house has everything you need for a worry free gateway. When I said everything I meant EVERYTHING. All small details are thought through to create atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. Great location. Superb hospitality. Professional and responsive host. Highly recommended!!!
