Poor wifi, pl refund our money

The wifi does not work as it is in the mountains. So we did not stay there since we were on a workation and needed functioning wifi. Please refund us our money as we did not stay there due to this issue and had to pay a nearby hotel for the night

Für die erste Nacht wurde uns das Zimmer 100 zugeteilt. Dieses Zimmer hatte nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun, sondern erinnerte eher an eine provisorisch hergerichtete Privatunterkunft. In den Ecken war Dreck und die Matratze war fleckig, ohne Matratzenschoner. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnten wir leider nicht umziehen. Wir blieben notgedrungen die Nacht mit eigener Decke über dem Laken. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war OK. Ein mittelmäßiges Angebot war vorhanden. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Uns wurde für die zweite Nacht ein Familienzimmer zum selben Preis angeboten. Gebucht hatten wir ein Superior Doppelzimmer (2 Erw., 1 Kind). Das neue Zimmer war dann wie erwartet und online zu sehen. Allerdings auch hier kein Matratzenschoner. Generell ist das Haus sehr alt und braucht dringend neue Fenster. Die Betreiber haben versucht mit Deko und moderner Einrichtung einen modernen Look zu gestalten. Ein größeres Augenmerk sollte jedoch auf der Sauberkeit allgemein liegen. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine steile, schmale, sehr unebene Straße und es gibt nicht ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste. Die Lage für Ausflüge in Hahnenklee, Bad Harzburg etc. ist ideal.

Superfint och mysigt, magisk miljö och så mysikt hotell! Dock hade ej barnen lakan/påslakan/örngott så vi fick ta in eget som vi hade med oss (vi checkade in efter 22.00 och ingen personal var på plats och kunde hjälpa oss). Ingen wow frukostbuffe, men helt ok ändå. Men skulle absolut kunna åka tillbaka med den miljön! Fanns inget kylskåp på rummet, det är npgot vi föredrar att ha.

Ab 15 Uhr ist Einchecken möglich. Wir wollten dieses um 17 Uhr machen , haben dann auch den Schlüssel für unser Zimmer 302 bekommen. Also ab aufs Zimmer , dieses war dann aber leider nicht fertig. Dreckige Handtücher im Badezimmer auf dem Boden , Bett noch ungemacht und nicht frisch bezogen , nicht gesaugt u.s.w. Also runter zur Rezeption und bescheid gesagt. Als alternative ein Zimmerdowngrade erhalten...Also dann nochmal irgendwie die zeit vertrieben und um ca. 20 Uhr unser Zimmer bezogen ! Irgendwelche ( ich nenne es mal Entschädigungsangebote ) vom Hotel und wenn es nur ne Cola oder nen Kaffee gewesen wären kamen nicht. Frühstück fanden wir Persönlich auch nicht sehr lecker , auch wenig Auswahl an z.b. Wurst und Brötchen waren unserer Meinung nach sehr weich ( pappig ). Das ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Wir werden hier sehr wahrscheinlich keinen Urlaub und auch kein Wochenende mehr verbringen.

Ville gerne anbefale, men…

Stedet var godt, værelset rent og en dejlig bred og komfortabel seng. Personalet var flinke, men tysk punklighed manglede, vi ventede næsten en time på vores aftensmad, adspurgt sagde de, at de ikke havde glemt os, men efter forespørgslen kom der gang i tingene. Morgenmadsrestauranten skulle åbne kl. 8, men. Der gik 10 minutter, før der. Lev åbnet, og da var alt ikke kommet på plads endnu. Jeg ville gerne anbefale Mein Bergblick, men det er svært, når man ikke føler, at de lever op til en normal standard for service.

fint hotel - men kunne være mere rent

Som udgangspunkt er fint hotel. Der var dog en meget træls lugt af opkast på vores værelse som vi bad hotellet fjerne. De forsøgte, men det lykkedes ikke. Morgenmads buffet var fin. WI-FI virkede ikke. Det var hotellet bevidste om, men kunne ikke gøre noget ved det. Da vi checkede ud forsøgte hotellet at opkræve 90 Euro ekstra for 2 børn på værelset, på trods at, at det fremgik af vores reservation, at den pris vi havde bestilt til var for 2 børn og 2 voksne. Efter lidt dialog træk de kravet om de 90 Euro tilbage.
