Schön für Paare

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Unterkunft und reisten an einem Feiertag abends mit Kleinkind an. Leider mussten wir Vorort feststellen, dass trotz bestelltem Wäschepaket weder Handtücher noch bezogene Betten bereitgestellt worden. Nach mehrfachen Versuchen, die Vermieterin zu erreichen, gelang die erst eine Stunde nach Ankunft. Wir mussten dann noch einmal los fahren zu einem Hotel, um dort auf dem Parkplatz Bettwäsche und Handtücher einfach in die Hand gedrückt zu bekommen. Somit fing alles leider nicht so schön an. Die Parkplatz suche ist eine Katastrophe! Es handelt sich um eine sehr große Wohnanlage gemischt aus privaten Haushalten und Ferienwohnungen. Alle Parkplätze sind reserviert und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Anwohner mit dem Ordnungsamt zusammen arbeiten und es wohl auch Bußgelder gibt für widerrechtlich abgestellte Fahrzeuge. Oben angekommen, merkt man schnell das es zwar mit herzblut gebaut wurde, jedoch von Heimwerkern. Nicht ist wirklich professionell durchdacht oder umgesetzt. Die balkonbrüstung viel zu niedrig für Kinder und Kleinkinder(5 Etage ) absolute Lebensgefahr. Das abduschen der Kinder ist fast nicht möglich da die Tür von der duschkabine an das Waschbecken anschlägt. TV Gerät ist sehr veraltet. Aber gut man ist ja nicht zum Fernseh schauen da. Balkontür kann nicht verschlossen werden! Das macht es für Kinder wirklich sehr gefährlich! Niedrige Brüstung und sehr leichte Stühle! Mein Sohn ist zwei und trägt den Stuhl ohne Problem

Qualitativ und familiengeeignet

Die Wohnung ist sehr qualitativ und ist genau für eine Familie mit 2 jungen Kindern geeignet: Gesellschaftsspiele waren sogar vorhanden, Ausstattung und Deko sind neu. Die Mietverwaltung ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und reaktiv.

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung mit Stil und traumhaftem Ausblick.

Sehr schöne Lage für Wanderungen jeglicher Länge. Wir konnten auch bei Regen eine Weile in der Wohnung verweilen ohne uns im Weg zu stehen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit super Wohlfühlfaktor. Es ist alles da, was wir brauchten. Sogar ein Tischbackofen ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Bettwaren sahen neu aus und fühlten sich gut an. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es im Kinderzimmer kein Fenster oder eine Lüftung gibt. Wenn wir die Schiebetür geschlossen haben wurde es schnell stickig im Raum. Bei geöffneter Tür kam jedoch frische Luft über die geöffnete Balkontür herein. Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lediglich eine kleine Anmerkung. Wir kochen auch im Urlaub gerne mal selber, dabei erwarten wir keine Luxusausstattung. Aber ein Abtropfsieb, ein Meßbecher, zweiter Topfuntersetzer und ein zweiter Satz große Teller wären hilfreich.

Saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Gut eingerichtet und sauber und das zu einem guten Preis. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfreich, da wir noch kurzfristig verlängert haben.
