Overall this hotel was a good place to take our granddaughter. The pool was well heated but a concern about parents who let children under the age of ten into the hot tub. The towel rack in the bathroom (toilet area) was bent - possibly due to someone using it to support themselves out of shower or from the toilet.

I keep giving this place chances, and it keeps letting me down. First, the drain flies. There was an infestation of them, which means the bathroom was filthy and the toilets and drains haven’t been properly cleaned in ages. I couldn’t even use the shower because there were more than 20 of those bugs in there. Second, I booked and paid for a single Queen and was given a room with two doubles. There wasn’t enough room for my baby to safely sleep so we ended up sleeping on the floor. Third, on my second night the banging and partying going on in the room next to mine kept my baby awake most of the night. The rooms are listed as “sound proof,” but I heard everything. Fourth, the refrigerator made grinding noises and did not properly cool.
