Good
Good room space, okay on clean space for pet room,
I paid $201.00 for two people room. I found one chair, one night stand, a very very tiny window on top of one corner unreachable like a basement, there was bugs une the room especially in bathroom. Breakfast included, is was tiny l’admin et trust me an expired fruit cup, I will never go there again. I think it’s better if you a cabin in the wood
Convenient location and the hotel it’s self had a lot to offer.
The staff was very responsive and cordial. I would stay there again.
The room was dirty and smell. Old and dirty carpet. The hotel didn’t clean the icy parking lot outside the rooms. Very slippery, I slipped a few times
Convenient location and good price. Rooms are just fine. Pool area is kind of dated, the sauna is absolutely filthy - black/rotted wood, mold, dust everywhere, made me want to throw up. Worst part, I stayed here mainly for the sauna. Huge disappointment.
I've been staying at this hotel for many years, even back when it was owned by The King Family. It is convenient for what we need and the staff are friendly.
We have been staying at the royalty Inn for 18 years. Have been changes since the King Family sold it. New Management it's not as friendly and accommodating but the staff are still very nice. The towels are very rough though. I don't know that I've ever used any towels as course and uncomfortable. When we come with our cat we stay at Town & Country Inn because they allow us to bring our pet. However we do like the convenience of the Royalty Inn being in the middle of town.
Location of facility, availability of indoor and outdoor swimming pools are two good reasons to book at the royalty inn. Condition of the facility and swimming pools are in poor condition and the General Manager appears oblivious to simple standards of a hospitality business. A poor example of what the Royalty Inn could be and had been in the past.
The staff person was in a rush and just handed me the key and told me where the room was, no explanation of WiFi, a restaurant, etc. I had a hard time finding a parking place because the property had wall to wall four wheelers and trailers. When we got out of our car there were people drink and sitting in some of the parking spaces. When we came back at 11:00 we had to go to really look for a space to park, had to walk to the other stairwell because people were sitting and drinking at that end.

We are as disappointed as you to hear your stay was so unsatisfactory. Some of our rooms are still in the process of being renovated but we would have been happy to supply you with an additional chair if it was needed. We encourage you to reach out to our front desk staff when there is anything you have concerns about when you are here. So we can make it and your stay better. Unfortunately our breakfast is very limited due to restrictions in place for Covid-19. We hope you will give us a try again in the future, so we can make your next stay a happy and memorable one.

Thank you for posting. I apologize for the dirty room and smell. We did however, have the parking lot sanded sorry it was still slippery. I would have liked to know which room you were in as most outdoor rooms have been upgraded with new carpets and we are in the middle of doing more upgrades including carpets, painting, new furniture. Please come visit us again.
