Nichols Hole Cabin is tucked away on 10 acres located on the bank of the beautiful Caddo River and just seconds from restaurants and shopping. The cabin features 2 decks overlooking the river, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a loft with 2 queen size beds, and 2 bathrooms. Outdoor features include offset smoker, BBQ grill, gazebo and 2 fire pits. Cabin sleeps 8 people and has a fully equipped kitchen.

This amazing little cabin is a perfect place to get away and relax. We had a great time and enjoyed the river..it was just a short walk down the hill and that’s where we spent most of our time. The location(right on the Caddo) and cabin are beautiful, it’s close to restaraunts and town but feels like it’s miles away. We saw deer, otters, squirrel and my husband had A great time fishing. It was a very relaxing stay and we’d love to visit again!

Great property, first time to stay on the Caddo River. Everything you could ask for in a river location. Sun, Shade, shallow water and deep swimming hole all in one place. My husband a catch and release fisherman caught a nice blue catfish and a bream. Beautiful view at sunset and close to town for groceries and close to Hot Springs for a nice day trip.

Great Stay

Our stay here was good. The cabin was clean and host was quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed hanging out by the river. The driveway is really steep and you have to walk or drive down to get to the river but everything else was great.
