This cabin was perfect for our recent stay with four adults. Remote and quiet, yet close enough to amenities. Right on a beautiful river. The snow really added to the coziness of the space. Everything was super clean, in working order, and had everything we needed. Jessica was very prompt with communication. Could not have asked for a better stay. Hopefully we can come back during the warmer months to explore even more!

Everything at the cabin was clean and in excellent condition. The owners spared no expense when furnishing the place. Every correspondence from us to them was answered immediately. All that and a beautiful setting on the Independence river too.

Our host provided great communication for our entire experience. We absolutly loved the rustic feel and coziness,quiet and secluded for total privacy. The cabin is like brand new condition with all the amenities needed supplied. We fell in love with this property and look forward to staying again in the future. Secluded but with in a short drive to find stores and places to eat if desired. AAA We are still showing friends and family our pictures of the beauty in and outside this cabin.

This property is a dream. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is it. Right on the river, walking distance to hiking, and complete privacy from neighbors. There's a side yard area where my 4 year old could safely play without worrying he'd run toward the water. Access to the water was easy for us, water low now so we practiced fishing on the rocks. We are looking forward to returning when the water is high so we can go tubing!! I've stayed in a number of places in adk and this one is by far my favorite!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! Very clean, pet friendly, and a fantastic location. We were only able to stay one of our six nights that we booked, had an emergency with our dog, and Jessica was very accommodating with this emergency. She was genuinely concerned about our dog, and wished us the best for our girl. We will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future. If you are looking for a peaceful get away at a great river cabin, then this is the place for you!

Exploring

Fantastic location weloved the river,we did alot of hiking, fishing, and exploring. The cabin is beautiful with great porch to read and listen to the river, we had camp fires and cooked on the grill every night, Jessica and Cody are super nice hosts. We will be back

A much needed getaway

Beautiful, serene, peaceful, private, quiet cabin in the woods on the Independence River. We brought in all of our own food staples. Enjoyed dinner one evening at Jeb’s per Jessica’s recommendation. We loved the hiking opportunities - especially Gleasman Falls,and the WhEt stone State Park Gorge.
