Room lights on at 2am every night

The lights in the room are motion sensor. After ten mins they all go out so if reading or working, you’d in darkness. Then if you move in bed at night, they come on for 10mins as they did every night if my stay at 2-4am. No customer service. Sleep deprived for meetings & day ahead.

Great experience

First time staying at this hotel and with hotel group. Hotel was in an excellent location, staff were very friendly, room was lovely and amenities were great, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Unfortunately I had an awful experience here. The night I stayed there people shouting loudly in the corridors all through the night, not the hotels fault however I feel there should’ve been some sort of security. My tv kept lighting up all throughout the night waking me up as well as the noise. And there was the noise of water running often through the night which I had to get up and check that nothing was overflowing

Rooms worn & not the cleanest - didnt look like the room had been hoovered. Room was a good size for 1 person for 1 night & the bed was comfy. One main annoyance was the slamming of doors in the hall at all times of the night/ early morning leading to a poor sleep - couldnt be helped by the hotel staff but was an annoyance as the walls were very thin.

Nice but too hot.

The hotel is really nice, furniture was a little worn but the adjustable bed made up for a scratch or two on the bedside table. The rainforest shower head was definitely a treat. Unfortunately my room thermostat was stuck at 18 degrees and would not go lower. I melted all night and left early the next morning to get home for a proper sleep. I really wanted to enjoy my stay here but it's maybe only good for winter.
