The property is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful but a bit slow with the service on the main floor. Miguel in the main restaurant gave us an excellent service. Very attentive. We like the hotel so much that we booked another 2 days next week when we come back to Georgetown.

I have gone to several hotels before in and out of the country, Kings by Jewelz was 11/10. I'm satisfied with everything. I will visit again. The thing is when I was looking for hotels I wanted AC Marriott however I was getting any response so I decided on Kings, and they didn't disappoint. I will surely recommend. I had a really great stay at Jewelz By King's Hotel. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. From the security at the front to the staff inside, everyone was helpful and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The hotel has modern amenities and everything was clean and well put together. The overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was excellent—definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again.

Very large, quiet and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows and linen. Ver nice large shower with Molten Brown soaps. Really courteous, professional and helpful staff all round. Great cocktails at the bar downstairs. Great food and service in the top floor fine dining restaurant. Definitely the best hotel in Georgetown by a very large margin. Special thank you to the staff for looking after us so well and providing an extremely thoughtful and wonderful "just married" surprise in our room on our wedding night. Thank you x
