Nancy was wonderful! She made us feel comfortable and was there if we needed anything! The place was cute and perfect for me and my grandmother! Easy to get around Georgetown! It was close to everything, an easy walk although we had a car rental so it made things much easier to explore the island

We had a great time and everything we needed for our stay on the island was met Regatta Point! The people of Exuma are lovely as well as the host Nancy. The property was extremely clean, beds were firm and comfortable for our liking. We would recommend staying here.

Phenomenal location and host

. This was our first time staying in Georgetown in the location was literally a couple blocks from downtown. Nancy is the most gracious host and will help you anyway she can. Truly, a classic Bahama stay.

Lovely Location

Each morning I woke up, made coffee, and took it to one of the Adirondack chairs at the point, where you could watch the sunrise over Stocking Island. That was amazing. The room we had was delightful. It was simple, and bit older, but it was clean and had what we needed. It would have been hard to cook full meals in the kitchen, but it was perfect for light breakfast, or heating up leftovers. The location is amazing. It is a one minute walk to the government dock, which is where many dive trips and fishing trips leave. That is also where you can pick up the boat ferry to Chat N Chill. It is a short walk to downtown Georgetown, where you can find restaurants, groceries and shopping. We had a lovely time.

Amazing location and host

We had a fantastic time at Nancy’s place. She was very accommodating, and such a gracious host. The property was amazing. There was everything we needed and more when it came to amenities provided. We enjoyed chatting with our host, and the proximity to anything we wanted to do on the island. The only problem we had was that we didn’t book a longer stay. We flew into Nassau today, and wish we were back in Exuma. We will definitely book again.

maryellen and i stayed 6 nights on the little island. the place is a bit dated,but that was perfect for us. nancy makes the experience great. she is what true class looks like. we would love to come back
