We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes.

Off the beaten track this is a lovely peaceful, quite large hotel in a beautiful location. Great parking facilities. Very comfortable and clean everywhere. The staff were very welcoming which I appreciated even more after having had a very tough day and arriving much later than intended.

Good location for caves. Great pool. Staff absolutely lovely and very helpful. Rooms nice size and clean - ours had no view at all (overlooked inner wall) but we did book very late. Very nice breakfast.
