Experience the gorgeous view of the mountains from the large terrace. Take a dip in the private pool whilst having a barbecue with your family. _x000D_ Plan a day trip to Frasassi caves that are a stone's throw away. Explore the surrounding cities and the gorgeous beaches that they feature - cities like Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Urbino, Loreto._x000D_ The owner has generously arranged for free WiFi within the premises and also welcomes pets that may accompany the guests. Expenses related to charging of electric and hybrid cars(when possible), however, are additional.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
