Very family friendly, great host, great area as well. The parking situation was a little tight but not bad, but the house was nice. Great place to stay in the middle of Geneva on the Lake.

Property, like most in GOTL is old but it was clean, which is my goal. Shower was a little tricky as we couldn’t seem to get the water in the middle, was a little too hot or too cold but we made it work. I mean it’s two day stay not a lifetime commitment. FYI..I didn’t see any air conditioners down in the main room so that might be something to ask about if you want it cold and are staying in summer heat, it is entirely possible that they took them out since it is fall and end is season. They did have them in the bedrooms though and because it was in the mid 70’s and bedrooms are upstairs it was a little warm up there, so we used them and they worked perfectly. They offered a great price and location on the strip. They also have several cabins - this would be fantastic for a large group. Almost all face the several fire pits where you can hang out. Loved the large screened in porch where we spent most of our time when at the house and fire pits - it was perfect fall weather to use them. We walked everywhere. We would most definitely stay here again.

This cottage is old but well maintained and worked perfectly for our girls weekend! The cottage was clean, beds very comfortable! Fire pit (wood provided) and screened in porch were great benefits! Location right off the strip!

There was some trash left under the futon/couch and under the bedside table/bed area. Mouse traps sitting out everywhere, very visible. Might want to replace steps to the front porch, they appeared a little worn out. Listing agent very attentive and friendly. Biker bar next door got a little loud at times. Not horrible but probably will not stay again.

Check-in and kitchen was great. CHECK-IN was easy and smooth and we were able to check in early. Kitchen was clean and had everything you would have at home. Each house had a grill it was covered in webs. The house had a lot of webs and spiders inside. Shower is very small. Toilet area is small. Pictures make it look very nice but when you get there it is run down and locks on back door dont make you feel reall safe. I had a problem with the tv they came out and kind of fixed it. Ever time i would turn it on i had a proble.. i would have to turn tv on by button on the tv and move the cordsaround on the roko.

House was very clean. This is an old house, nothing fancy but comfortable beds and nice linens. The location is great. The fire pits are a really a nice feature. Could use some outdoor lighting on the house, it’s very dark to come to at night.

Not What I Expected

Upon arrival the sidewalk was covered in water. There was a loose drainage pipe not connected. The back stairs were rickety. Both me and my boyfriend almost fell going down them. Inside there were most everything you needed to cook with. An ice cube tray would have been nice. There was exposed electrical conduit in every room. I am surprised if that is up to electrical code.The wifi for the tv was terrible. The king size bed was nice. The shower was hard to get a comfortable water temp. I left my pill cases there and asked the host to mail them to me at my expense. He said he would ask the cleaning crew. He has not responded since. Trying to upload pics

It was not easy access from back parking to house due to the huge puddles in grass area and sidewalks. The internet was spotty. The pictures online look better than in person. Pictures also showed a coffee machine so we brought supplies for that but got there and it was a keurig. The house does need some TLC. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable.
