Small but nice and fully private studio with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, hot water and more amenities, on a beatiful, quiet and safe neighborhood near the city center and even closer (just a few metters) from the Water Jet.

The neighborhood its also pretty well comunicated, nearby you will find some public transportation stops and anything you can possibly need, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, laundries, etc.
