We lived our stay at this property. If there was any negative, it would be the smell of the comforter on the king bed upstairs. It had a smell as if it has not been washed in weeks. Everything else was grear.

Just what we needed

Property was as expected. And worked perfectly for us. Communication with Justin was beyond excellent. There were a few issues we noticed when we arrived but nothing that affected our stay. Communicated it to Justin and he offered to send someone out right away but it was not necessary.

Great Location

We liked our stay at the Chalet. It was a family vacation during one of the busier weeks and we liked the location because you can take the bypass to miss traffic. We had a water leak in the ceiling while we were there. The owners were responsive on getting someone in to look at it.

Fantastic views & extremely clean

The views from this property are absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, the best views of the Smoky Mountains I have ever seen. The property was extremely clean, and well maintained. The property staff were extremely prompt in communication, and providing valuable details on the local area. Being a frequent traveler, this is the very best rental property I have ever stayed in hands-down.

Quite Area

The property is exactly as listed. However, the pictures have been edited. The lighting was dim, not white and crisp as shown. The windows were dirty, the beds all need to be replaced. The property unit needs to be UPDATED. The property was very spacious and layed out well. The parking lot NEEDS MORE LIGHTING. Beware of BEARS! The area is super quite and close to everything Gatlinburg! Great location!

Excellent place for Mountain View

The condo is excellent for tourists. It is clean and equipped with all necessary appliances. The upstairs bedroom offers amazing mountain views, making it the best place to appreciate nature’s beauty. I highly recommend this condo for an unforgettable stay. Beautiful location and great place for a big family to stay!

The location is absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the mountain peaks. The condo was lovely; our kids (ages 2-5) had a great time and had plenty of space to sleep and play. We loved having three big beds and separate bathrooms. All in all, highly recommend!

Daughter’s 18th birthday getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The host was amazing, very easy to stay in contact with. He always kept us updated to the check in process, and it was so easy. We got there checked in, and got right in to the cabin no problems whatsoever. It was a beautiful cabin, with so much room. Great atmosphere, great location, and pretty easy to get to. Not far from the main Gatlinburg strip. We will definitely stay here again in the near future. I suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful not to expensive place to relax at in Gatlinburg Tennessee.

Accurate description

Beautiful and well maintained property tucked into the mountains. A little daunting drive up but once you are there you never want to leave. Justin was responsive and helpful to every request we had. Each bedroom tastefully decorated with full bathrooms! The property is exactly as listed on VRBO. We enjoyed the holidays with our family here.

Amazing place

When i booked this property for our Smokey Mountains vacay, i did so because the price was so very reasonable. i loved the pictures, but thought, "They exaggerate some." Well, they don't. The view was amazing from every room. The place was clean and very well maintained. When we had some maintenance issue, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. The bedrooms were really big, especially the master! I was able to watch the sunrise over the mountains from my bed every morning, and view stars through the skylights at night. The jacuzzi tub was easily large enough for my hubby and me to get in, and we are not small people! Both of my adult children insisted on a soak in that tub! It was just a great place to stay. The host, Justin Anderson, was friendly and responsive. Check in and out was easy. Literally the only bad thing about this place was the drive to get to it, but we're flatlanders and were driving a large truck. It was an adventure! If we get out there again, i would definitely want to book again! SO worth it!

Great smokey mtn retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious with stunning views! we had had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and was responsive and positive in all his interactions. He really wants his guests to have a good experience. Check in and check out were easy as well. We would book again!
