This condo is located in an area where bears and other wildlife are common. Do not feed or approach wildlife. Keep all personal belongings and food securely stored, and always lock vehicle doors.

Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes by the end of August

Indoor pool and hot tub are generally open year-round but may close for maintenance without prior notice

To help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all guests, please review and follow the guidelines below. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Safety and Security
A doorbell camera records video and audio at the entrance (exterior only). The Nest WiFi router ensures reliable internet without recording any audio or video. Additionally, Android TV is available for your entertainment needs and does not record anything.

Guest Policy
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors are allowed.

Cleanliness & Courtesy
Please help us maintain a clean space by being mindful in shared areas, including the bathroom and living room.

Children must be supervised at all times when using the patio or outdoor areas.

Bedding & Linens
Extra linens for the pull-out sofa are located in a drawer of the TV stand.

Additional pillows and comforters are available in the guest closet.

Should you need more linens or towels during your stay, they are available for a $50 restocking fee per round. Please contact the host in advance.

Laundry Access
Coin-operated laundry machines are available at the leasing office. Please note that the office is not a reception area—staff are not available for guest assistance.

Checkout Requirements
To ensure a smooth transition for our cleaning team and the next guest, please complete the following before departure:

Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher

Return all remote controls to their original spots

Place used towels and linens near the bed

Close and lock all windows and doors

Late checkout beyond the agreed time will result in a $100 fee.

Property Rules & Fees
No smoking is permitted inside the condo. A $250 fine will be applied for violations.

No pets are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 per day fine.

The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine applies to any violations.
