Staff were the single stars of the place. 1st floor bathroom smelled like urine. Light switches that didn't work. 3 legged microwave. Gas fireplace only worked 1/2 of the time. Old!

Check in was good. First night between 11p and midnight the guest in the room that had a conjoining door woke my husband up yelling, hitting stuff and throwing things. The next day I stopped in at the front desk to make management know and they said sonce it was the moght before they couldnt do anything. I mentioned if they could have management or secruity make a few laps of the property to see if it happens again. They stated no and if it happens again to call the front desk. They said security is at another location and even if they would call security if we heard them the 2nd night we were there security would tell them to call the cops. Bacony door needs tlc we were in room 5247 and seen bugs in the bathroom a few times.

Arrived early at 12:30pm. Check in isnt until 4pm which i realized, we just wanted to be able to park and go explore, which the hotel did accomadate. The front desk person Donna, was very friendly and told us she would let us know when our room was ready via a phone call. Awesome. 230pm came around and we went back to seee if we could possibly check in yet. Was told the room was cleaned but needed inspected which could take 30 mins to 2 hrs. Ok we will wait. Sat in the lounge. Walked around some more. Come back at 330. Room still not inspected however guest who payed less for their rooms were able to check in. Finally at 410pm, donna was leaving and aknowleged us still sitting in the lounge and asked your room isnt ready yet? To which i replied no, she went back for the keys and let us in. First walking into our room, we noticed a dead stink bug that stayed stuck to the ceiling from check in to check out. The hot and cold faucet in the shower are backwards, we were not notified of this. The toilet flushed so poorly you had to hold the flusher down. The tub dripped all night after use. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Breakfast was a joke. All in all, mostly bc of the check in process i will not stay in this hotel again. Go to rivers egde right beside it. They have a full breakfast

The room and hotel is dated really , they really need to remodel this hotel. The bath top was really dirty, the sink table was broken. It's supposed to offer a grab and Go breakfast but they don't offer breakfast, they only give you coffee, cupcake. They don't offer offer room service . The only nice thing about this hotel is the location.
