This is one of the nicest condos that we have stayed at in Gatlinburg. Everything we needed was in the condo. Great location. Great views. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Checkin was very easy. We will definitely stay there again. The elevator that takes you down to street level was out. We had to walk up and down a very steep driveway to get to the parkway. That could be very difficult for people with limited mobility. This is not the fault of the condo owner. That needs to be fixed soon.

Beautiful well kept place. The owner is responsive and informative. The only downfall was that you had to walk up the hill everytime you ventured to the strip. There is an elevator next door but out of order. Had a great visit!

My husband and I stayed at this property last November/2024 and loved the Condo and its location. This time, I brought my sister with me for a girls trip and we had a wonderful time. Same as before, it’s clean and furnished beautifully and in the best location! Thanks Warren for another great stay!

Very nice condo in downtown Gatlinburg

The property was clean and comfy. Presented as listed. Easy check in and the Jacuzzi tub, pool, and hot tub were nice additions. King bed was a little stiff for my wife and I. View from the patios was nice. Location was exceptional.Only complaint I have, and this is more of completing across the platform, is check out procedures. If I'm paying for a cleaning crew, I didn't feel I should have to do much of anything at check out. That's just me.

Fifth stay at Summit manor. The location is excellent, just off the Parkway. Always a great experience! Condo was very clean and furnishings were top shelf. Property owners were very easy to communicate with. The elevator to street level being out of service would have been a major problem for individuals with mobility issues.

Great Condo, Great Owners

This is the second time I've rented from Warren and Renee. The condo was great and we look forward to coming back. The elevator to the strip level was broken, but Warren and Renee told us ahead of time. I hope the HOA and Quality can work together to get it fixed.
