Lovely apartment in perfect location

Stayed as a family of four. Really nice, well equipped apartment. The location is perfect, very quiet, in easy walking distance to the ski lift and into the town centre. Communication with the owner was flawless. Would happily return!

Wonderful, quiet and stylish property in Garmisch

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Garmisch. It's exceptionally clean, as well as quiet and peaceful, yet located just a few minutes walk both from the Alstadt and the Garmisch Classic ski area. Herr Sieber was an excellent host and responsive to any needs. Thanks, Fritz!

If I could give Fritz and his property a 20/10 I would. The accommodation is beautifully presented, well equipped, spacious, warm & cozy. The town of Garmisch is beautiful and such a convenient location to explore wonderful sights, all within an hours drive. Fritz was there to meet us when we arrived. He is so friendly and helpful. He even left us a drink each and some cookies from the local bakery. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a holiday at any time of the year as you will be rewarded with stunning scenery, vistas and sights. Thank you so much Fritz. Two Great Weeks in Garmisch

Our stay in Garmisch far exceeded our expectations! It was the best Vrbo we have experienced. The apartment and its location were perfect! Fritz, our host, was exceptionally personable, flexible, responsive and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was bright, modern, clean and comfortable with high end kitchen and bathroom fixtures. The quiet neighborhood location was convenient for walking to many restaurants, grocery stores and the central Garmisch shopping area. We didn’t even feel the need to rent a car. We highly recommend this property to others, and if we return to Garmisch, this will be our first choice! Danke Fritz!

Beautiful place, great location

We had a wonderful experience stay at Fritz’s apartment. It was in a perfect location, close to everything. The apartment was very nice and well furnished. Fritz was a great host and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. There is a great view of the mountains from the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. This is one of the nicest rental we have stayed in!

Fabulous apartment

From the moment I stepped foot in the apartment, it felt like home. It is perfectly located with only a short walk into town and to swimming pool (WELLENBAD). There are so many hiking paths nearby to Hausberg, Riessersee, etc. The mountainous views are spectacular. With the GaPa card Fritz provides, you get 1 free entrance to pool. You can take the busses for free. Check out benefits by googling Gaps card. Fritz always stands ready to assist - he was very attentive, ensuring everything was ok. A good place to eat is Zum Wildschutz, 10 minute walk into town which he recommended. There is absolutely nothing lacking in this apartment. Fritz was so thoughtful - with beverages in the refrigerator and a delicious piece of cake. I was impressed in that he had a flower on kitchen table. A true gem of a vacation rental.

Excellent flat!!!

Fritz was so helpful and the place was gorgeous. Perfect location to walk downtown and to the pool. We spent a fantastic Christmas here and will be back for skiing. Thank you again Fritz for your help with a Christmas tree. It was beautiful.

Clean, new, comfortable and convenient apartment in Garmisch

Very comfortable and new home in Garmisch that is a 10 minute walk from downtown and slightly more to the Hausberg Bahn. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living area provided us a great place to relax, prepare meals, and enjoy Garmisch. Fritz is a considerate and attentive host. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

Modern luxurious apartment

What a lovely place. Spacious, warm, quiet and modern in a nice residential area. Fritz met us on our arrival and took time to show us around the apartment, explain how things worked like the door entry, the shutters, the appliances and the downstairs drying and boiler rooms. It is just a short walk to the gondola for skiing and also into the town. Would highly recommend the apartment and the owner.

Great place in a great location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property over our Christmas vacation. It is very modern, clean, and within walking distance to skiing and downtown. From the beginning, Fritz was very helpful in helping us plan places to eat and see while on our stay. He was there to meet us as we arrived and charmed everyone in our family. He even stopped by to bring us Christmas gifts. The apartment comfortably fit our family of 5 and it was nice to have available off-street parking while there. We took advantage of the washer & dryer and extra storage in the basement.

Great holiday rental

A wonderful holiday rental. Very clean and modern. Owner very easy to work with. Apartment in a very quiet residential area within a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The only negative is the narrow driveway. If don't have a small car, I recommend parking on the street. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Wonderful house in Garmisch

The apartment was wonderful! It was exceptionally clean, all amenities were provided, beautiful views of mountains, and easy walking to the Garmisch restaurants. Fritz, the owner, was very helpful in providing information on great hikes and walks around the area. This was one the finest places we have stayed and would highly recommend the accommodation.

Great location, beautiful and spacey apartment

Great location to stay. We walked once up the Main Street. And when we drove it wasn't too far from anything in garmisch. Fritz was very helpful in giving us recommendations. And helping us with whatever we would happen to need. Highly recommend this place. There was plenty of room for our two boys, myself and husband and his parents. I have to say. My husband loved the heated bathroom floor. Nice view of the mountains through the open windows. And fritz gave the boys some chocolate from the area, which they loved. Having a wonderful place to come to at the end of the day was very relaxing after long days of exploring.

Our stay in Garmisch was ideal. The apartment was exactly as it appears in the pictures, and just what we needed for our family of five. Fritz was a fantastic host and he went far out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and felt right at home in his beautiful and immaculate place. This included memorizing the names of my whole family before we arrived, filling two Easter baskets with candy for my three kids, and sending us several emails with recommendations of things to do (after we were already in the apartment). I did not expect any of this, and would have been perfectly happy just to have a nice place to stay (which we certainly did). But, Fritz's exceptional hospitality and genuine warmth really made our trip ideal. I couldn't put a price on it.

Nice appartement for 4 adults

Not far away from the Hausberg cablecar and city center of Garmisch. Nice, modern and clean appartment, with no wishes left open. The view from the appartment on the mountains is maybe not the best, but the mountains are not there to look at, but to hike on :-)
