Small place. Perfect for small family. Walking distance to the beach. Car access to beach as well. Very relaxing neighborhood. Plenty of parking.

The upstairs has the king bed in one room, and the twin bunk, as well as the queen/twin bunk in the second room. The shower has an overhead head, as well as a regular shower head. The kitchen was AMAZING! Fully stocked with cookware, glasses, plates, and silverware. We loved the deck and spent time sunbathing on the deck and BBQing on the grill. We went bird watching by the dock. We loved the ease of the walk to the beach!!! Parking for four cars worked perfectly. The property was very clean and well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. It was a beautiful drive to get to the place. The host was responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay.One note - the downstairs bedroom, while beautiful and clean, smelled very musty, and none of our group wanted to stay in that room. Luckily, we all fit comfortably upstairs as there were only 7 of us total. I believe that you can fit 8 comfortably upstairs if two share the king bed and the fold-out couch, but I think if you have asthma or allergies, the downstairs room is not the best option. Again, we only had 7 people total, so it was not an issue at all for our group.That being said, I still loved the space and would book it again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

It was great for our pets, we just brought their kennel for when we were gone. The deck was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and it was so clean and cute! We will definitely be returning!

Never spoke to the host which was fine. The house was clean but the furniture is definitely outdated. The bunk beds have a pad under them that make the avsolute worst noise whenever the person sleeping on it moves. It is also advertised as a 3 bedroom but the 3rd room is downstairs and we did not have a key to gain access. Thankfully 2 people in our group had to stay in Houston or we wouldnt have had enough room. Over all it was a decent place for the price and would stay again. But please fix the bunk beds.

The place was a little run down but cozy and the host was quick to respond with questions. However we never gained access to the third bedroom and there was no cleaning supplies. Finally found a broom but had to move the fridge. Would recommend for a day or two stay but not a week.

Not equipped for longer than a few nights. We ran out of toilet paper. Only 4 cups in the kitchen. Not warm enough blankets. The place was clean but needs a deep cleaning. Baseboard, mould in shower and on shower curtain. It’s very close to a beautiful beach though

We loved staying in this little house! Simple layout, clean, and kid and pet friendly. Liked that it had a ramp instead of stairs- helped with toddler and pet getting up to the house. Check in was easy and communication from host was great. Keeping this one on our list for future stays!

Communication with host was great. Check-in was easy. A couple of blocks from the beach but not a problem to drive over and park. Property could use some updating but overall it worked for us for the weekend. Could use some better seating for outside porch but lots of space. Ramp instead of stairs outside made it much easier for my small dog for potty trips. We didn’t use the community pool but did enjoy the restaurant at the marina which is dog friendly.

everything was great but one thinghad coffee maker with coffee but no condiments such as sugar or creamer would have been useful so wouldn't have to drive total of 36 miles round trip to get from grocery store. but overall peacefully and relaxing
