My family loves staying at Beachfront Rose. The set up is perfect with 2 living areas and a table large enough for the whole family to sit together. Looking over the beach from the deck is a perfect way to relax. We already reserved it and will be returning next summer!

Everything was fine. The property was very tired. The pictures looked pristine but it was actually very tired and lots of dust. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and nicely set up. With lots of supplies. That was extremely helpful. There was significant issues with the key. First couldn’t get the lock box open. It was eventually resolved but very frustrating. Plus locking the front door was very difficult and took several attempts and many minutes to get it done. The paint was peeling on the balcony and on the ground floor picnic tables etc. which was not safe to have toddlers around. Very dangerous having a 2 yr old eating a snack on the balcony wanting to peel paint. 3rd floor bathroom toilet does not like to flush and runs constantly. We enjoyed the plentiful seating available indoors and out. The booster chair and pack n play was greatly appreciated! The board games were also an added bonus. We loved the proximity to the beach. Had a great time with our children and 3 grandsons and look forward to coming back to Galveston. Thank you. Cary Rudberg

Hazardous

There is a lot of deferred maintenance making not safe - rotten wood, decking, steps, electrical (loose outlets, unsecured outlets). I would caution anyone staying here to assure this meets safety codes of locality and decking and steps have been rebuilt and are safe - steps collapsed on us. Hopefully property will be brought to a higher standard. We were refunded amount paid but had to find new home and had an injured family member

Perfect getaway in the beach

What a beautiful view of the Gulf from the large deck. There was more than enough room for the 14 guest we had. Having your own walking path to the beach is awesome. One thing that doesn’t get mentioned a lot is the availability of the property management. Travis answered after 11pm the night we showed and was available at anytime though out our stay. He went above and beyond by mailing rings that were left.

Perfect!

This house was perfect. The views were beautiful and It had direct beach access. It was perfect for my family and I. I was able to celebrate my graduation with my family and friends and no one felt crowded. The downstairs was a perfect open area and we had such a great time. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

The location is great, I love the private access to the beach, everything seemed to be as it said in the rental agreement. The only issue I had was there are no locks on the bathroom doors, and the washer gave out on us during our stay, we had to find a laundry mat to wash towels. Other then that is was awesome, I love waking up to the beautiful sunrises every morning. I will definitely look at this property for the next time we visit Galveston!!

Excellent!!!!!

We have stayed at the property two years in a row. We love the house and location. We really appreciate all of the toys available to the children. It really helps when we dont have room to pack such things. We will be there again next year.

Fabulous stay & highly recommend

We are a group of 9 senior women from Katy TX and have been traveling together for 22 years. This is our 2nd time to rent this property so that should say it all. The house very clean, spacious and has everything needed to cook. We had a minor problem and a fellow was at the house within 15 minutes and handled it. Being beach front is a wonderful and the outdoor patio furniture is top of the line. We all hope to come back again next fall.

Wonderful weekend!

Beachfront Rose is an excellent place to stay. The property is beautiful, the host and property manager friendly and quick to respond. The beach views from the house take your breath away. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views and house

We loved being on the beachfront with easy access to the sand. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck while watching pelicans dive for food, saw a dolphin swimming while looking outside the living room window one morning, and enjoyed the sounds of the waves being so close. We even appreciated having a place to rinse off downstairs after going to the beach and having access to so many fun beach toys! The owner was also quick to help answer any questions or resolve anything needed. It was a wonderful stay with our family and I would love to stay again.
