Amazing stay

The communication with Melissa was always very quick and excellent. We immediately felt at home in the house. It has everything we need and is of excellent quality. Great location, just a short walk from the sea. We highly recommend this house.

Wonderful property

It was a wonderful house with close access to the beach. My kids loved having access to the beach toys and corn hole. Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again next time we come for a vacation.

A quiet oasis

Came all the way from Nebraska to see an Mavs game then Galveston beach. Our stay was pretty much flawless. Host is extremely easy to work with, welcome packet gives you all the info you need, property is stunning and the private beach couldn’t be more perfect. We are in awe of this area and we loved the little seaside restaurants we tried. Dollar general is 2 minutes away to pickup whatever you need for your stay which is convenient. Our kids were begging to stay longer. Hopefully we can come back someday!

Lovely Galveston Beach House

The house was perfect for our weekend stay in Galveston! We especially loved the downstairs outdoor space. The house is well equipped and very nicely decorated! The proximity to the beach and deck views were also very nice. We would stay here again!

Fantastic!

We had an absolutely fantastic time and Melissa communicated incredibly well, even allowing us an early check-in. The outdoor shower was a HUGE help to get sand off and not feel gross for the rest of the day.

Long weekend visit

Went to Galveston for our daughters cheer camp. Stayed in the Salty Starfish. Property was as advertised. It was nice and clean and we had a good time spending a long weekend in Galveston. We will rent again through Melissa.

Quick Overnight Stop

We were in Dallas for a few days, and decided to make an overnight detour in Galveston to see the beach before heading home. We found this property, and absolutely loved it. We wished we could have extended our stay. We'll have to plan another trip to stay longer.

Charming and clean

This place is great! It is definitely the cleanest VRBO property we have stayed in. The beds were comfy, even the bunks! My 6ft. teenager had no complaints on the bottom bunk. The beach was a five minute walk away. The decor was charming and cozy. We appreciated the gas grill and charcoal grill! The wagon was nice to wheel to the beach. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a blast at the beach house. It was just a short walk down the road to the beach which was not busy. I would say about 3 min walk maybe. Beach area was clean. Great little get away house.

Cute and Cozy

This house was adorable. Very well decorated. Super cute from the moment you walk in. Plenty of towels provided in the bathrooms. Most of the essentials needed in the kitchen. The kitchen is on the small side with minimal cabinet space, so they did a good job of deciding what to supply. I would recommend some cleaning supplies and wash cloths for the bathrooms. There is a makeup wash cloth provided, but would be nice to have extra. We left a cleaner and spices purchased. There were beach chairs, cart and umbrella for the beach which were wonderful to have and use during our stay.

Nice Getaway

Beautiful home walking distance to Palm Beach. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The patio area is very nice with a picnic table, TV, cornhole, hammock, lounge chairs, etc. Quick drive to downtown Galveston area. The owner was very nice and accomodating!
