Overall a fantastic stay. Huge house. We were able to spread out with plenty of extra room! I can see a group of as many as 6 to 8 easily feeling comfortable in this house.Outdoor space is expansive with front balcony, excellent back balcony, lots of comfortable seating, and space below is unbeatable! The it is covered offering respite from the sun. The direct path to the beach is beyond easy and the beach is right there! primary reason To stay here! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, & utensils…plenty of space and modern appliances to prepare anything you need. The views from living room, kitchen, dining room, & master bedroom are amazing.A couple items that held this wonderful place from a perfect rating. First…the A/C worked well in all rooms except the master bedroom…and that was a double issue…it didn’t cool down in the room over our 4 day stay…even with ceiling fan and two table top fans running…so we didn’t dare open the blinds on the windows…which would’ve been an amazing view! We luckily found a couple fans to set up but even with three fans running it was warm at night. This was a daily reminder that it was not a perfect stay. The other item was the grill. Despite explicit instructions to clean the grill…I found the grill burned and full of ashes…I fortunately found a smaller grill that was cleaner. It was less convenient and disappointing though. Again, GREAT place with just a couple minor faults…you won’t have a bad time!

Family Spring Break

We wanted a beachfront house and this house delivered. Access was a short path to the beach. The deck was so nice to sit and watch the waves roll in. The house had plenty of room for three generations. All the beach equipment I was appreciated. We had a great stay.

Older beach front home. The host was very responsive to my difficulty issue entering the property. Not the cleanest or best kept property. All countertops in kitchen & bathrooms unclean. As well, trash under bed from previous visitors. Bedding sheets in disarray, ? Unchanged. Washer & dryer function well. Multiple light switches taped over. The WIFI was outstanding. The refrigerator was clean & functional except the ice maker & water spout. Fully well stocked kitchen. Functional Various kitchen appliances. The view of The Gulf & beach is spectacular!!! Great outdoor seating , enough for a dozen or more guests. All in all a very nice property with a sweet Christmas tree set up. Would recommend staying at this property.

Very nice location and overall a great experience

We really loved the location and the stay was comfortable. Check in and communications were fantastic. We will most definitely return even with a few flaws I am about to report.We found dead / semi-dead roaches around, that was a bit worrying. Once we took care of those, we didi not see more emerge during our stay. On arrival we saw the refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. Must be a old problem as the subfloor is giving when you walk in that area. We reported it right away and a repair person did show up the very next day. It was beyond his capability to repair so he shut the water supply to the fridge (not a big deal to us as we were not relying on the fridge for ice or cold water). The other small thing was all the hand soap containers were empty. Not a big deal, we purchased some and left them there for the next guest. The cargo lift was a blessing and should be highlighted as a feature. The rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. The gulf facing large outdoor patio is also a fantastic feature and should be highlighted more in the listing. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you for making this home available for our family.
