Great place. Large could handle more than us 4. 4 couples easy.Beautiful countryside. Next to sheep pens. They where really cute and vocal! Deer and wild turkeys every morning. Hot tub, pool table and TV really nice. Great communication from host.

Excellent place for our girls weekend! Plenty of room for socializing in the kitchen/dining/living areas and outdoors and comfortable and roomy bedrooms! Close to town but not right in town. Would definitely book again!

This location is close to town, but of the beaten path. Lots of open communal space and things to do, even off its just a stroll around the property (they have sheep, turkeys, and other friends as well)! Be sure to be home by dusk, as the picture window (and back patio with hot tub) have a beautiful sunset view!

Amazing hospitality

This home is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, privacy, nature and modern amenities. Not to mention the owners were extremely friendly and hospitable with our children and luckily had the time to show us around this 25 acre property. The home is very cozy and modern, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the view is picturesque. It’s located conveniently close to Main Street Galena where I was able to pick up coffee in less than a 20 min trip. We look forward to coming back and sharing this best kept secret with friends and family.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our family get-a-way. Due to hot temps and thunderstorms we spent more time at the house than anticipated. It was great! We loved the hot tub, pool table, and the huge tv. The property is secluded, quiet and beautiful. My kids loved the neighboring sheep, they were pretty entertaining. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s a quick easy drive into downtown Galena. We all want to come back!

Our stay was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! It’s an absolutely beautiful property! We had a group of 8 and we were all very comfortable our entire stay! Extremely comfortable beds! Absolutely beautiful wood work throughout the entire house! Lots of room! Hot tub worked great! Lots of outdoor spaces and seating areas if you need a break away from your group! We did wish the fire spot was a little closer to the house but it’s big enough for everyone and surrounded by beautiful scenery to enjoy along with very happy talkative sheep right next to you! Very peaceful little spot! Perfect getaway for a group of girls who love the wilderness! It’s also very close to town and a beautiful kayaking spot! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend and we hope to be backsoon on our next girls trip to Galena! Pictures definitely didn’t do this one justice! We were completely shocked how amazing it was once we arrived!
