The entire stay was ruined as we pre-paid Orbitz before hand and the front office charged our credit card at check-in making us have to go back downstairs to fix it wasting our time. The situation got even worse at checkout as they charged us again on our credit card. The front office couldn’t fix it, had to call a manager at home, we were told it could take a week. We wasted so much time before and after. Not sure how the system can even do this. Front office got upset that I got upset and said he could ‘refuse service’ and this was when we already had service and had almost $400 stolen from us. Just horrendous check-in/check-out service. Total embarrassment and another reason people worry about the safety of their credit cards!
