After the initial concern regarding a dirty bathroom, dried urine surrounding the toilet, the next day we were provided with a new room. The staff agreed with our concern and took action to solve the problem, albeit the following day. The bathroom towels are lovely and the hotel wear outfit, great.

小学生2人を含む4人家族で利用しました。子連れでの天神エリアの買い物にとてもいい場所です。綺麗にされているし、朝ごはんも美味しいです。子供分の枕と旦那(逆流性食道炎のため２つ枕が必要)でスタッフの方にリクエストしたところ、快く対応してくださいました。お風呂も夜中入れるので、子供が寝た後にゆっくり入る事も可能です。また利用すると思います。

Clean, comfortable and great sky spa.

One of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka, with a great hot spring bath and Sauna on the roof. Will stay again! In the exciting Tenjin neighborhood with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes.
