Welcome to 375 Sea Bass, a beautifully appointed 3-bed, 2.5-bath marshfront retreat just a 5-minute walk (or quick golf cart ride) to beach access. This pet-friendly home includes a 4-seat golf cart and up to 9 guest amenity cards—making it easy to enjoy sunny beach days, pools, golf, dining, and everything Fripp Island has to offer.
Inside, the main floor features a spacious king suite with ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunk—share a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room with a daybed and trundle adds extra space for guests. All bedrooms include large smart TVs.
The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and offers a fully equipped kitchen that makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy, and a full laundry room adds convenience.
Outdoor living shines in spring and summer, with front and back porches perfect for enjoying coastal breezes. We had a fabulous stay at Fripp Island. The house was beautiful and comfortable with great outdoor spaces to enjoy even in December! The layout with 3 bedrooms upstairs and primary downstairs was perfect for our family. The house is in a great location on the island and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again!
