House was clean - our problem was the king suite upstairs has a rusted shower pole with a plastic clear shower curtain when moved all hooks and curtain would fall off. Also said came with beach chairs so didn’t bring any well there is a sand chair and 1 old small beach chair and we’re older. We had to fix one of the chairs on porch cause arm was off as soon as we sat down but that was minor. Everything else we could manage. Not a bad stay. Also people need to know the pond in back is right next to house with alligators right there in case of children or dogs. Rooms were clean and tvs in all which was nice. We did enjoy our stay, thankyou.

The location was fine. The house although was not clean, had mold throughout the kitchen cabinets, the dryer broke and did lot get fixed during our stay. It was a very disappointing stay.

Island Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding on nearby St Helena Island. We wish we could stay another week to really make the most of all the Fripp Island has to offer. The house is even nicer than it appears online, which was a very pleasant surprise. I hope we can come back again sometime.

Golf group

Nice property and was perfect for our group of 5. Less than 2 minute drive to golf course. We also enjoyed golf cart that was included with rental. Wasn’t too keen about having to launder towels before leaving. Would suggest having extra batteries on hand for tv remote and a striker to light charcoal for grill. Overall met our needs just fine and would stay here again.

Week Getaway

This home is in one of our favorite areas. This home could use some kitchen updating as for as pots and pans and kitchen equipment. Currently there are sheets in the bedrooms and there needs to be curtains. The home across the street has flood lights on all night and light came in windows. Golf cart was great! The light on the back of the home needs to be fixed, it is very dark when coming in the evenings. Only one tv in the home worked and we could get channels on.
