Located in John Fripp Villas, Phase 3, The Lone Palm is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, sleeping 8, is located beachfront with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. A new boardwalk out to the beach is just steps away. The Lone Palm is an end unit with lots of windows and new furnishings with the comfort of the guests in mind. Features include a newly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors without getting too much sun. This first-floor unit has a large living room with new furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove, and a laundry area with a new washer and new dryer. As in the song, The Lone Palm is where the owners find peace and calm and they hope you too can find a little respite from the rest of the world.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we would probably choose a different unit next time due to the cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Our kids walked inside barefoot, and their feet were BLACK. We asked for the floors to be cleaned again, and someone did come and mop. However, the mop wasn't rinsed with clean water, so dirty water just was spread all over the floor. It wasn't any cleaner. The rug in the living room is also extremely dirty/old. The water pressure is low in the kitchen, and several times we had cold showers. The pros: the beach is SO close. The place is well-stocked. The beds are very comfortable.
