Food was good. Need second pillow. Towels were missing but front desk had towels on hand. Evening shift front desk person was great! Floor in room did not look clean. Lot of business persons using facility. Short walk to mall for anything you need.

Spacious, quiet room with lots of power sockets. Easy to park underground from behind the hotel once you have a room card to open the barrier. Half hour walk from town and a bit further to the airport in the opposite direction.

I didn't like that food was no longer available in the evening now that this is a Hey Lou Hotel. When it was a Comfort Hotel and then Styles, food was available. Also, what happened to the pancake machine?

the hotel was great, very clean and nice. Parking facility good and very good location near Bodensee. Recommended! We even tried staying another night but it was full.

Confortable Bed

The bed is always really comfortable and the room was really tidy. The hotel made some interesting decisions like removing the free water that always came in the room and charging whenever water was asked. Also, don't expect any consierge service or that they bring you anything to you room. They provide you with a comfortable bed and clean room - that's it.

Kiwi in Europe

Being a little way out of town the Comfort Hotel is probably more suited to those travelling by car than to one like me touring Europe by train. However there was a bus stop very close to the hotel served by two routes, and I found the bus service adequate. The hotel provided timetables. I found I could in fact walk to the harbour in about 25 minutes. There is a large shopping mall across the road from the hotel (the Bodensee Centre, closed on Sundays). The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the single room I had was comfortable and well soundproofed from the busy roundabout outside the hotel. I apprciated the provision of tea and coffee making facilites that a New Zealander takes for granted at home but which are much less common in Europe. The breakfast was reasonably priced at 13 euros, though I avoided the overcrowded area on the Saturday and Sunday mornings I was there. I had two excellent evening meals in the restaurant (though in one case the wrong meal was served at first which meant a long wait). All in all a hotel to recommend with little reservation.

Had a coupke screw ups like put in the wrong room with a queen bed for me and my friend. We booked a two bed. They fixed it so all good. Bar made us put things on room charge. I prefer to jjst pay.

Nice hotel - partway between town and airport

Very nice hotel for its range, room was small but fine. A pleasant walk into town (~2.5km...or 12 eur taxi), and about the same distance to the Zeppelin experience which suited me. Also supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was ok, however was so busy on one morning I couldnt get a place. I would suggest not pre-paying for breakfast in case this is also your experience. I would stay here again.
