This Home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might possibly need to be comfortable up on the island! The house is immaculate inside and out. The property is beautiful! We were welcomed with treats for us and for our pups. We were even treated to three types of ways to make coffee! The bedding and bathroom accoutrement were cozy and of high-quality! Unfortunately, we couldn’t utilize the deck because of the weather, but boy did we want to! I cannot give this place enough applause! From my first interaction with this host to our last, we could not have been more delighted or felt more welcomed

The floor plan and condition of the home is excellent. The setting is very relaxing and quiet. The home is well stocked with most items you might need especially kitchen items. The location worked out well for seeing all of the highlites on San Juan island. The property host is very personable and easy to work with. We look forward to staying here in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt like it was our home away from home. The layout is fantastic, providing plenty of space and comfort. It was comfortably accessible for my aging parents. The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The location is perfect, with easy access to Roche Harbor and other attractions. On days when we chose to relax at home, we loved sitting on the deck, taking in the stunning views of the bay. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

We had a FABULOUS experience. The house was clean and very well appointed, with thoughtful touches everywhere that made our stay so comfortable. The house is spacious and nicely decorated, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the large gated patio, which has a peekaboo view of the water but is still very private. Susan is a very responsive and helpful host. We would happily visit again!

Susan’s property is amazing. Very comfortable and well equipped. The location is a little remote, but was perfect for our stay for a few days with family before a perfect wedding event at Saltwater Farm in Friday Harbor. We will certainly stay again when we have an opportunity.

This home was perfect!!! It was so beautiful outside & inside & had everything we needed! It was an expect distance from Friday Harbor and don’t miss the Roche Resort area while staying! We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the bed/bathrooms were stocked with all you would need. Do not hesitate to stay here when visiting this area!

This is one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in over the last 20 years. Besides being sparkly clean, there were so many touches that made it extra special. The kitchen was stocked with many extras (and had great coffee makers). The beds were super comfy. The floor plan is great for a family. I would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Had a wonderful stay at the Kittiwake Getaway! We have stayed in several VRBO's and this one was the best equipped one we have ever stayed at. From coffee and condiments to spices and pots and pans...everything we needed was there. The area is quiet and peaceful and the outside area was perfect for us. Highly recommended! If we are back in the area and in need of a place to stay, this will be out first choice!

Family trip

The property was perfect. The host communicated well. We loved the house and had an absolute blast. We were in a wedding so had lots of events. But closing our days in this beautiful and comfortable home was perfect. I highly recommend.

Anniversary Celebration

We came to San Juan Island to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. This property was a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the setting was great. The two dogs in our party give it 5 stars. Thanks for a grand time on a wonderful island.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen. It was so nice to have a high chair, pack 'n play, and toddler dishes for our 2 year old. This is our 3rd stay with Susan and we will definitely return again!

Overall fine

House was as advertised. However, does not say in the listing that you cannot use the garage. Was informed upon arrival that the AC was out and nobody could service it for over a week until after we left. Ran out of propane on the second day and host refused to repay or buy more so we did it ourselves.
