2200 square foot three bedroom with an office that could be a bedroom, two story very custom higher end build with a large two car garage and large second story deck off the back. It's what would be considered an upside down design with spare bedrooms downstairs and a large kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and bathroom upstairs. Every square foot of the house is in floor hydronic heating with hardwood and tile, no carpet. All high-end appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. A large accordion fold door off the living room to the deck and French door off the bedroom to the deck. Small barbecue deck off the kitchen. Very open design with lots of very large windows for great lighting. Heated jetted tub in the master bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Cement countertops in the kitchen with a large pantry. A large buried propane tank runs two on demand hot water heaters for floor and domestic water. Hook up for generator during power outages and hot tub off bedroom on the deck.
