Glorified/overpriced motel. Check in and out 4p/10a - so you get 18 hours. I could hear street noise and people arguing - door faces parking lot. good thing they had ear plugs for free, no toothpaste, no front desk to get it.. Bathroom floor cracked. Requested a room by sister (small children, two groups), told different kinds of rooms so can't do it. Less than 10 other guests. Only difference her room updated not mine, opposite side of property, same room type. Called to ask about bikes - no reply. No call back. Farthest hotel from ferry at edge of town. I would not return.

This is a very nice hotel, perfect for what we were looking for. It is a very easy walk to downtown. We had an issue with the cleanliness of our room but they corrected appropriately. They have great customer service people.

Great location; property was clean and they seemed to take COVID-19 very seriously. Walls and floors are very thin and parking was insufficient.

The room was comfortable and clean, but our family spent most of the visit in the heated, indoor pool and jacuzzi.

We liked the pool, sauna and exercise room. The staff was very helpful.

The location was great. I loved the eco-friendliness of the property and the lavender soaps/lotions/etc.. The only negatives were that the bed wasn't very comfortable (little too hard) and the room was hot. 2nd night we figured out best to sleep with the fan propped in the window.

Great location! No air conditioning, but ocean breeze kept room cool

Great location. Nice room. Jetted tub is GREAT. But the beds were WAYYYYYY too soft. Not sure if there's a way to request firm mattress, but I know a LOT of people with back issues that can't sleep on soft.

Love this hotel. Great staff, clean rooms and lots of extras.

Small room but very clean, nice furniture, very nice bed and bathrobes. Bathroom small and not well lit. Had trouble with the heat (was too hot all night until we just turned it off, "Comfort Range"... was not). Seemed a little pricey for what you get.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your visit and your feedback. We so appreciate it. Can you let us know which room you stayed in, so we can see about that mattress, please? We are in the process of replacing them. Next time, please don't hesitate to ask for a different room if your mattress is not working for you. If we have one available, you've got it. We are looking forward to seeing you again.
